Quick Access – Perform searches with any available index information. Retrieve all related images, files, data, and text with a single query. Sort results by any index field. Arrange result columns in any order with adjustable widths.

Effortless Indexing - Streamlined indexing interface for high-volume document processing. A keyboard-only mode provides short-cut keys for all common tasks. While Query is tuned for high-volume environments, users at all levels will appreciate the intuitive interface and powerful functionality.

Sophisticated Image Controls - Provides complete image viewing tools including zoom, rotate, image fit to height/width, and invert. Open multiple documents in individual windows for simultaneous viewing. Displays multi-page documents and provides direct access to any page. Shortcuts or “anchors” zoom to selected areas to maximize user productivity.

Document Markup - Notes and Annotations provide full-featured image annotations while retaining original document integrity. Tools include multi-color highlight, block, circle, text, lines, arrows, notes, and stamps. Apply searchable notes to documents with the note author, date, and time stamped automatically.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) – Rapidly convert scanned documents into editable text. Re-use paper documents without re-typing to save time and manpower.
