Snap-on SecureCorp, a subsidiary of
Snap-on Tools, is a full-service agency to
the Snap-on franchise dealer. Our bread and
butter resides on the service and value that
we provide each dealer because he is our
only customer. Our mission is to provide one
stop shopping for all of his insurance and
benefit needs. Our goal is to provide
assistance in protecting his business so he
can focus on growing his business.
PaperWise puts this power in our hands by
giving our customer service reps complete
access to all of the dealer's insurance
documents, as well as other pertinent data
and forms, right from their desk. We have
eliminated 64 lateral file cabinets and
countless offsite storage boxes, reducing
overhead costs. Non value-added processes
have been cut, allowing everyone here to
better service our customers.
With WebWise we have also been able to
provide real-time certificates to other
vendors. Certificates are created in
Applied, attached and indexed to our local
PaperWise system, sent via the Internet to
WebWise with all of the indexing necessary
for our vendors to get current and
historical certificates whenever they need
them. And all with just a couple of hotkeys!
We are continuing on the march to be, as
much as is practical, paperless. But it's
not just about being a "paperless office".
It's about creating efficiencies and
reducing waste so that we can do what really
matters...providing service and value to our
