Scanning Service

Imaging Solutions is providing document imaging service
bureau solutions for our clients such as, but not limited to: 

Litigation Support. This involves scanning or COLD download
into an imaging software product (Liberty), Bates number
check, exporting images as Tiffs, creating the end product
documents (client preference), and importing documents into
a search engine . NOTE: The final product can be
viewed as the image as well as full text searchable. 

Document Imaging File Rebuilds. This is an inevitable
occurrence! Anyone having an imaging or document
management system for two or more years may need to
rebuild their data. This is due to power or network issues, end
user error, or hardware failure that corrupts software.  

File Conversions. Many clients upgrade after starting with a
lower end imaging system or they are unhappy with the current
system's features. Imaging Solutions converts their
existing data into the format that is acceptable by the new
software.
